Genmab A/S (GMAB) today announced it would initiate a share repurchase program of up to 200,000 shares.The buyback will start on Feb. 24 and end no later than June 30 of this year.Genmab says it is conducting the repurchase to mitigate dilution caused by warrant exercises and honor commitments in its Restricted Stock Unit program.Danske Bank is the lead manager.Genmab shares are down 5.4% to $36.17 in afternoon trading.
