  • Geospace Technologies ( NASDAQ: GEOS ) on Tuesday announced a $4M rental contract with an international marine geophysical services provider.
  • The firm will rent GOES' OBX-750E seabed ocean bottom wireless seismic data acquisition nodes for a shallow offshore seismic survey.
  • "This contract provides evidence of increased activity in offshore markets where our ocean bottom node products can provide high-quality data needed to make critical exploration decisions," said GEOS CEO Walter Wheeler.
