Germany recorded a trade surplus of ?16.70B in March of 2023.

This is above the consensus figure of ?16.10B.

It was the largest trade surplus since February 2021, as exports fell less than imports.

March exports declined 5.2% M/M; while imports dropped more than exports by 6.4% M/M.
