GitLab ( NASDAQ: GTLB ) on Friday disclosed in a Securities and Exchange filing a prospectus for a secondary offering.
The company said its selling stockholders intend to offer and sell 1,635,545 class A shares of the company.
"The shares will be gifted to GitLab Foundation in connection with our corporate philanthropy objectives and we will not receive any proceeds from the gift of the shares to GitLab Foundation," the company said in the filing.
