Givex Corp CEO Don Gray joined Proactive's Stephen Gunnion with details of the company's first-quarter results, which reveal a 17% rise in revenue to $19.2 million for the three months to March 31, 2023, as it grew customer locations and gross transactional value.

As well as organic growth, Gray said the 1Q performance was boosted by last year's acquisitions. The company expects growth to continue throughout the year and is looking to make more acquisitions in the third or fourth quarter, he added.
