GLATF - Global Atomic launches C$10M private placement

Global Atomic (GLATF) entered into an agreement with Red Cloud Securities wherein lead underwriter and sole bookrunner will purchase for resale 5M units at C$2/unit on a bought deal private placement basis for gross proceeds of C$10M.Each unit shall be comprised of one share and one share purchase warrant; each warrant exercisable into one share of C$3 before 18 months after offer close.Underwriters granted 48 hours option to purchase for resale up to 1.25M additional units.Net proceeds to be used for advancement of the company's Dasa uranium project in Niger and for general corporate purposes.Offer scheduled for Mar.16 release.
