GLATF - Global Atomic to raise C$25M via private placement

Global Atomic (OTCQX:GLATF) enters agreement with Red Cloud Securities under which a syndicate of underwriters have agreed to purchase for resale 6.25M units at a price of C$4.00 per unit. Gross proceeds will amount to C$25M.  Underwriters' option to purchase for resale up to 750,000 units for additional gross proceeds of up to C$3M. Net proceeds raised to be used for exploration and development of the company's Dasa Uranium Project in the Republic of Niger and for general working capital purposes. Offering is scheduled to close on or around December 7, 2021.
