CO - Global Cord Blood surges 17% after-hours following YoY revenue net income increases

Shares of Global Cord Blood Corp. (NYSE:CO) are up 17% after-hours after the company released Q2 2022 earnings results that showed year over year revenue and net income increases. Revenues increased 9.8% to RMB 313.7M ($48.7M). Net income rose ~4.5% to compared to the prior-year period. RMB 131.4M (~$20.6M)/$1.08 per share. Overall subscribers fell ~7.6% to a 867,180. Global Cord Blood said it has still not made a decision regarding the March offer from Alternate Ocean Investment to to acquire the company.
