- Global Energy Metals ( OTCQB:GBLEF ) intends to sell on a non-brokered private placement basis, an aggregate of 3M common shares of the Co. at an above-market price of C$0.10/Common Share for gross proceeds of C$0.3M .
- The net proceeds from the sale of the Common Shares will be used for project evaluation and for working capital and general corporate purposes.
- The Co. anticipates closing of the Offering subject to regulatory approvals.
