Global Energy Metals CEO Mitchell Smith joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company agreed to a definitive agreement to acquire full 100% ownership of both the Lovelock Mine and Treasure Box projects in Nevada. The company currently has an 85% stake.

Smith tells Proactive the company made the move to make it easier for decision-making as the it looks to ramp up exploration of a critical minerals project. Smith also said having a 100% stake will make it easier for the company to access capital for growth.
