The program will a entail multi-prong explorationstrategy with two key focuses: compilation and systematic desktopreview including the application of GoldSpot Discoveries Corp.’s (TSXV: SPOT) (OTCQX: SPOFF) (“GoldSpot”)artificial intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning technology to buildoff the knowledge acquired in prior programs; and the undertaking of aregional sampling program to assess high potential target areas withthe aim to make significant new discoveries throughout the prospectivelandholdings and allow the Company to better focus drilling effortsand unlock value across its significant footprint in the StillwaterRange, Nevada.

• • The Lovelock Mine project is apast-producing high-grade cobalt, copper, nickel project on thedoorstep of Tesla’s Gigafactory inNevada .

  • In a recent drill program at Lovelock,elevated values of cobalt, nickel and copper were intercepted in threeof the holes which targeted possible mineralization beneath  thehistorical mine workings.

  • The Treasure Box project hosts mineworkings from limited copper production. A historical diamond drillhole drilled at the Treasure Box by the Boyer-Nevada Copper Companyreportedly intersected 1.52% copper over 85 feet (25.9 metres) withmineralization beginning at surface.

  • Global Energy holds an 85% interest inthe Projects through its wholly owned subsidiary,

  • GEMC is utilizing GoldSpot’sartificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to helpoptimize exploration targets.

Exploration ProgramStrategy

Fieldwork: GEMCunderstands the importance of implementing systematic explorationprograms. Using layers of geological data will enable the company toincrease its understanding of the mineralization at both the LovelockMine and Treasure Box projects. In addition to the exciting work beingcompleted by Goldspot, the Company will shortly commence a projectwide soil sampling campaign, rock sampling campaign and structuralmapping exercise.

The soil and rock sampling campaignswill assist Goldspot in their machine learning targeting for theprojects. Due to the structurally controlled nature of themineralization on the properties, the Company will conduct astructural mapping exercise to further understand the controls onmineralization and potential extensions.

Recent geophysical results have outlinedlarge areas with anomalous geological potential for new discoveries atboth projects, the field work will focus efforts at a number of thesenew and existing high-priority battery metals targets.

The results of these studies will beused to target a phase one drill program at Treasure Box and a phasetwo drill program at Lovelock. Both projects are fully permitted fordrilling.
