GIC - Global Industrial Company buys Indoff for $69.2M cash

Global Industrial Company ( NYSE: GIC ) said Monday it bought Indoff, a Missouri-based provider of distribution and business solutions, for $69.2 million in cash.
The deal was funded using GIC's existing credit facility and cash on hand.
Indoff is expected to operate under its current brand and leadership team as a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
