Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in Bologna, Italy, Sysdata provides advisory services and end-to-end digital transformation projects to blue-chip companies. With this acquisition, Globant ( GLOB ) will enter Italy to expand its footprint of clients and digital transformation capabilities in Europe.
