General Motors ([[GM]] +3.9%) is moving full speed ahead on its plan to bring 30 EV models to market by 2025 on its proprietary Ultium platform. The development is called positive by Wedbush Securities for the electric vehicle market as a whole. "With battery technology the linchpin, GM says its battery technology will allow electric cars to travel 400 miles on a single charge without compromising driving performance which would exceed Tesla’s projected range for its Model 3," writes analyst Dan Ives.
