Golden Independence Mining Corp CEOJeremy Poirier joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news thecompany has entered into an agreement to acquire the Napoleon Goldproject in Kamloops, British Columbia.

Poirier tells Proactivethis project saw exploration back to the 1970s and 1980s with thediscovery of gold mineralization in several clusters of quartz veinfloat material. The company is finalizing plans for an explorationprogram to commence in the second quarter of 2023.
