AUMN - Golden Minerals gets continued listing standard notice from NYSE American

Golden Minerals ( NYSE: AUMN ) said late Friday it was notified that it is not in compliance with one of NYSE American's continued listing standards, after reporting losses from continuing operations and/or net losses in its five most recent fiscal years.

In order to maintain its listing on the NYSE American, Golden Minerals ( AUMN ) must submit a plan of compliance no later than July 6, which the company says it will do.

The notification has no immediate effect on the company's common stock or business operations.
