GRSLF - GR Silver Mining to raise $8M in private placement

GR Silver Mining (GRSLF) entered into an agreement with Beacon Securities post which underwriters have agreed to purchase, on a bought deal private placement basis, 13.6M units at $0.59/unit for gross proceeds of $8.02M.Each unit will consist of one share and one-half of one share purchase warrant; warrant exercisable to acquire one common share for two years post offer close at $0.74/share.Underwriters granted option to purchase an additional 2.04M units for additional gross proceeds of up to $1.2M, exercisable in whole or partially at any time up to 48 hours prior to offer close.Net proceeds to be used for general corporate purposes.Offer expected to close on or about Apr.27.
