Grande Portage Resources ( OTCQB:GPTRF ) intends to extend the exercise period of 0.55M share purchase warrants exercisable at a price of $0.45/common share and 3.91M share purchase warrants exercisable at a price of $0.72/common share.
The Warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement which closed on April 30, 2021, and June 10, 2021, respectively.
The Co. proposes to extend the expiry dates for the Warrants to Nov. 5, 2023, and Dec. 12, 2023, respectively.
