GPK - Graphic Packaging prices senior notes offering

Graphic Packaging Holding Company
Graphic Packaging International (GPK), a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Graphic Packaging International Partners and the primary operating subsidiary of Graphic Packaging entered into an agreement to sell $400M principal amount of its senior secured notes due 2024and $400M principal amount of its senior secured notes due 2026 in a private offering.The 2024 notes will bear interest at an annual rate of 0.821% and the 2026 notes will bear interest at an annual rate of 1.512%.The senior notes will be issued at par.Net proceeds of ~$794M will be used for repaying in full all outstanding secured term loans under Graphic Packaging's amended and restated term loan credit agreement.The company expects to close the offer on or about Mar.8.
