GYST - Graystone announces master purchase agreement with Blockware Solutions

Graystone (OTCPK:GYST) announces executing a master purchase agreement with Blockware Solutions, which provides for the acquisition, installation and maintenance of GYST's bitcoin mining equipment. The deal also allows for hosting with flexible terms at a low-cost facility. Blockware Solutions will also provide Graystone with access to inexpensive electricity. Earlier this month, Graystone had bought 16 additional machines, expected to be operational in April 2022.
