GPL - Great Panther Mining: Cheap For A Reason

Great Panther released its preliminary Q3 results earlier this month, which were quite disappointing, and followed this up with negative news on Urucum Central South.
The UCS update means that we will see delayed access to high-grade ore given the remediation work required, setting Great Panther up for a huge miss on initial FY2021 guidance.
With working capital slowly dwindling due to negative free cash flow, I would not be surprised by further share dilution in the next 12 months.
So, while Great Panther may appear cheap at a fully diluted market cap of ~$180 million at US$0.47, I see the stock as cheap for a reason, given dilution risk, and permitting risk at GMC.
