CCRRF - Green River Gold plans private placement to raise $252k

• Green River Gold ( OTCPK:CCRRF ) said Thursday it plans to undertake a non-brokered private placement offering of up to 3.6 million units.
• Total gross proceeds from the offering is expected to be up to $252,000.
• The units will be offered at a price of $0.07 apiece.
• Each unit will consist of one flow-through common share and one-half common share purchase warrant.
• Each warrant will be exercisable to acquire one common share for a period of 2 years following the closing of the offering at an exercise price of $0.12 per warrant share.
• The company intends to use the proceeds of the offering for the continued exploration drilling on the Quesnel Nickel Project.
• No commissions will be paid with respect to the offering.
• The offering is expected to close on or about March 31, 2023.
