CCRRF - Green River Gold to raise up to ~C$510K via private offering of units and flow-through units
- Green River Gold ( OTCPK:CCRRF ) plans to undertake a non-brokered private placement of up to 3M units to raise gross proceeds of up to $210K.
- The units will be offered at a price of $0.07, with each unit consisting of one common share and one common share purchase warrant.
- Each Warrant will be exercisable to acquire 1 share at an exercise price of C$0.09 for 36 months from the closing of the private placement.
- Green River Gold intends to use the proceeds from the offering for the exploration of the company's mining properties, acquisition of drilling equipment and supplies, working capital and general corporate purposes.
- Concurrently, the company plans to undertake a non-brokered private placement of up to 4M flow-through common shares to raise gross proceeds of up to $300K at a price of $0.075.
- The company intends to use the proceeds of the flow-through offering for the continued exploration drilling on the Quesnel Nickel Project.
- The unit offering and flow-through offering are expected to close on or about July 31, 2022.
