UHT - Green's Portfolio - August 2021

• My actively managed Roth IRA portfolio (30 CEFs and 26 REITs for income, and 132 stocks for swing trading mostly S&P 500 stocks) continues to realize profits.
• In August, I closed 12 stock trades for a net gain, including dividends, of +41.5% (mean) or +38.2% (cost-weighted), for an average of 4.8 months in the trade.
• The portfolio earned $1,532 in dividends for August, with an 8-month total of $12,158.
• This month, I opened positions in 8 stocks, including 5 under-performing components of the S&P 500, and I added to 11 CEFs, 4 REITs, and 32 stocks.
• I've closed 73 consecutive winning stock trades since February for a median gain, including dividends, of +37.85% or +30.77% (cost-weighted) for 6.5 months (median) in the trade.
