• My Roth IRA portfolio of 29 CEFs and 29 REITs for income, and 124 stocks for swing trading mostly under-performing S&P 500 stocks, continues to realize profits.
• In June, I closed 6 stock trades for a net gain, including dividends, of 43.33% (median) or 50.47% (cost-weighted), for an average of 5.8 months in the trade.
• The portfolio earned $1,930 in dividends for June, with a 6 month total of $9,213.
• This month, I opened positions in 8 stocks, mostly under-performing components of the S&P 500, and added to 7 CEFs, 3 REITs, and 18 stocks.
• I've closed 55 consecutive winning stock trades since February for a mean gain, including dividends, of 40.04% (median gain of 37.78%).
