• My Roth IRA portfolio of 29 CEFs and 30 REITs for income, and 119 stocks for swing trading under-performing S&P 500 stocks, continues to realize profits.
• In May, I closed 8 stock trades for a net gain, including dividends, of 38.79% (median) or 34.65% (cost-weighted), for an average of 9.9 months in the trade.
• The portfolio earned $1,266 in dividends for May, with a 5 month total of $7,283.
• This month, I opened positions in 5 REITs and 16 stocks, mostly under-performing components of the S&P 500, and added to 4 CEFs, 3 REITs, and 16 stocks.
• I've closed 49 stock trades since February for a median gain including dividends of 37.8%.
