DORADO, Puerto Rico, July 16, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Effective today, Green Spirit Industries Inc. (OTCQB:GSRX) (“GSRX” or the “Company”) has changed its name to GSRX Industries Inc. The Company will continue trading under ticker symbol “GSRX”.
The name change reflects the Company’s intention to expand its business to include pharmaceutical-related products manufactured by Spirulinex, LLC, a company in which GSRX holds a majority stake. Spirulinex has a robust intellectual property portfolio of patents pending, and continues to aggressively pursue protection for its innovations.
Spirulinex extracts and processes concentrates using non-volatile methods, then processes and formulates a variety of consumer products.
