GBNH - Greenbrook launches $8.25M in equity and debt financings

- Greenbrook TMS ( NASDAQ: GBNH ) closed a non-brokered private placement of shares for gross proceeds of ~$6.25M and entered into amendments to its credit facility with Madryn Asset Management and affiliates thereof.
- Madryn has agreed to extend two additional tranches of debt financing to the company in principal amount of $2M.
- Post the private placement, 11.4M shares were issued at a price of $0.55/share for gross proceeds to ~$6.25M.
- Net proceeds to be used for financing the earlier announced ongoing restructuring plan and working capital and general corporate purposes, which may include the repayment of indebtedness.
