Coquitlam, BC - TheNewswire - December 13, 2023 - Grid Battery Metals Inc. (the “ Company ” or “ Grid Battery ”)( TSXV:CELL ) ( OTC:EVKRF ) ( FRA:NMK2 ) announces that it has engaged theservices of Omni8 Communications Inc. DBA Omni8Global (“Omni8”), a content focused digital marketing agency outof Vancouver, BC, to increase investor awarenessand interest in the Company as well as attracting new investorsthrough various online platforms and a comprehensive digital mediamarketing campaign for the Company.
The Company has entered into a Consulting ServicesAgreement (the “Agreement”) with Omni8, dated effective December15, 2023, for an initial term of six months for a fee of Cdn$10,000per month and an overall marketing budget of Cdn$440,000, whereby theservices to be provided by Omni8 will include assisting Grid to develop a corporate marketing strategy andprovide marketing and public relations advisory services, helpcoordinate marketing, news flow and events, making introductions toOmni8’s network of media contacts, internet and social mediamarketers and other such providers, as well as to assist with variousother public relations efforts. The services provided will befacilitated by way of digital venues such as programmatic digitalmarketing, social media marketing, select television broadcasts andradio advertising, email marketing, influencer outreach and placementof related marketing content on public websites. The Agreement issubject to TSX Venture Exchange approval and may be renewed orextended by the Company and Omni8 at the end of the initialterm.
Omni8 and Grid are not related parties and operate atarm’s length. Neither Omni8 nor its principals have any interestin the Company’s securities, directly or indirectly, or any right orintent to acquire such an interest.

The target is alithium clay deposit in volcanic tuff and tuffaceous sediments of theHumbolt Formation.
The Texas Spring property adjoins the southern borderof the Nevada North Lithium Project - owned by Surge Battery MetalsInc. (“Surge”) ( TSXV:NILI, OTC: NILIF ) and comprised of 303 mineralclaims. Surge's first round of drilling identified stronglymineralized lithium bearing clays. The average lithium content withinall near surface clay zones intersected in the 2022 drilling program,applying a 1000 ppm cut-off, was 3254 ppm. (Press release March 29,2023 ). About Clayton Valley LithiumProject
The Company owns a 100% interest in 113 lithium lodeand placer claims covering over 640 hectares in Clayton Valley.Clayton Valley is a down-dropped closed basin formed by the Mioceneage Great Basin extension and is still active due to movement alongthe Walker Lane structural zone. As a result, the basin haspreserved multiple layers of lithium bearing volcanic ash, resulting from multiple eruptive events over the past 6million years including eruptions from the 700,000-year-old LongValley Caldera system and related events. These ash layers arethought to contribute to the lithium brines extracted by Albemarle andare also likely involved in the formation of the exposed lithium richclay deposits on the east side of Clayton Valley.
Volt Canyon Lithium Property
The Company owns a 100% interest in 80 placer claimscovering approximately 635 hectares of alluvial sediments and clayslocated 122 km northeast of Tonopah, Nevada.

The Mount Sidney Williams Group consists of three claimblocks with a total area of 10,569 hectares in the area surroundingMount Sidney Williams, both adjoining and near the Decar project ofFPX Nickel Corp., located 100 kilometres northwest of Fort St. James,B.C., in the Omineca mining division. Metallic mineralization includesnickel, cobalt, and chromium. At least some of the nickelmineralization occurs as awaruite. The Mitchell Range Group area claimconsists of one claim block covering 8,659 hectares with demonstratedmetallic mineralization including nickel, cobalt, and chromium. Nickelcobalt mineralization has not been well explored, but the presence ofawaruite has been documented.
