Grindrod Shipping's (NASDAQ:GRIN) CEO Martyn Wade is retiring after more than 14 years of service with the company and its predecessors. Mr. Wade will retire on April 30, 2022 and will also relinquish his board position at the company. Concurrently, the Board of Directors has appointed Stephen Griffiths, who will remain as the CFO of the company, as Interim CEO to succeed Wade.
