- Forward yield 0.81%
- Payable June 15; for shareholders of record June 1; ex-div May 31.
- Group 1 ( GPI ) also said Charles Szews has been elected as non-executive chairman of its board, succeeding Stephen Quinn who will continue to serve on the board.
- The transition is due to the board's governance policy to rotate the non-executive chairman.
