PAC - Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacifico Reports in August 2022 a Passenger Traffic Increase of 22.5% Compared to 2019 (Increase of 24.9% Compared to 2021)

GUADALAJARA, Mexico, Sept. 05, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, S.A.B. de C.V., (NYSE: PAC; BMV: GAP) (“the Company” or “GAP”) announces preliminary terminal passenger traffic figures for the month of August 2022, which includes comparisons with the 2019 and 2021 figures to facilitate the reading and understanding of the passenger traffic trend.

For August 2022, the total number of terminal passengers at GAP’s 12 Mexican airports increased by 19.8%, compared to the same period of 2019. Tijuana, Puerto Vallarta, Los Cabos and Guadalajara presented an increase in passenger traffic of 43.2%, 37.3%, 29.6% and 6.3% respectively, compared to August 2019.

Highlights for the month:

Seats and load factors: The number of seats available during August 2022 increased by 22.7%, compared to August 2021; load factors for the month went from 77.5% in August 2021 to 80.2% in August 2022.
New routes:
- Guadalajara – Felipe Angeles: Aeromexico
