GVP - GSE enters follow-on financing with The Lind Partners for a total offering of $8M

  • GSE Systems ( NASDAQ: GVP ) on Monday said it had entered into a follow-on financing with fund manager The Lind Partners.
  • The financing will be in the form of a convertible security with a term of 24 months.
  • The financing includes upfront funding of $1.5M to increase liquidity, GVP said in a statement .
  • The offering is for a total of $8M, with the additional $6.5M to be funded in minimal increments of $1M and subject to mutually agreed terms.
  • GVP stock was down 3.7% to $0.40 after hours.
