  • Guild Mortgage ( NYSE: GHLD ) said Monday its CEO Mary Ann McGarry will retire from the company, effective June 30.
  • Terry Schmidt, current president, will succeed McGarry as CEO, effective July 1.
  • McGarry will continue to serve on Guild's ( GHLD ) board.
  • David Neylan, who joined Guild ( GHLD ) in 2007 and now serves as EVP and COO, will replace Schmidt as president and continue as COO.
  • Earlier, Guild ( GHLD ) acquires Cherry Creek Mortgage .
