HOFV - Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment gets $15.8M TMUD tax credit

Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment ( NASDAQ: HOFV ) said Wednesday it received a $15.8M Transformational Mixed-Use Development (TMUD) tax credit award from the Ohio Tax Credit Authority and the Ohio Department of Development.
The tax credit award is for the construction of a football-themed waterpark and Hilton Tapestry Hotel at the Hall of Fame Village.
Hall of Fame Village was one of 12 projects awarded for 2023.
Shares of Hall of Fame Resort ( HOFV ) rose 3% after the bell.
