HAPP - Happiness Development subsidiary inks sales deal for 2000 EV

Taochejun, an automobile sales subsidiary of Happiness Development Group (NASDAQ:HAPP), has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Fujian Yiluba Automobile Service Consulting. As part of the deal, Fujian Yiluba plans to purchase up to 2,000 new energy vehicles from Taochejun over the next three years. If Fujian Yiluba purchases all of the 2,000 vehicles, the total value would be ~$30M. HAPP +71% pre-market
