The agreements call for the export of ~$1.2M worth of the company's lucidum products to the oversea market. The China-based group engages in the production of nutraceutical and dietary supplements, providing e-commerce solutions, and the sales of automobile. It registered the exportation of its lucidum and Cordyceps products in April 2020 with Customs of the People's Republic of China.
