Harbor Custom Development (NASDAQ:HCDI) closed on the sale of 30 developed lots in the Summit Rock golf course development in Horseshoe Bay Texas to Modern Homestead for $6.05M. Modern Homestead is a full-service real estate development, home building and marketing company focused on the Texas Hill Country region. Post the sale, Harbor will maintain 78 developed lots in the Summit Rock development and expects to commence construction on multiple single-family homes in 2022.
