HCDI - Harbor Custom Development's CFO steps down

Harbor Custom Development ( NASDAQ: HCDI ) said on Monday that its chief financial officer Lance Brown had resigned, effective July 21.
The company expects to promote Yoshi Niino, director of accounting, to chief accounting officer, effective July 21.
As chief accounting officer, Niino will execute the duties of principal financial officer and principal accounting officer until a new CFO is hired.
HCDI has started the search for a new CFO.
