HOG - Harley-Davidson finance chief Gina Goetter to step down; stock falls ~6% after hours

- Harley-Davidson ( NYSE: HOG ) on Wednesday said that Gina Goetter will step down as CFO at the end of April.
- Shares of the motorcycle maker fell 6.3% to $35 after hours.
- Goetter will leave to accept an opportunity outside the company, HOG said in a statement .
- The company's VP - treasurer, David Viney, will serve as CFO on an interim basis effective April 28 upon Goetter's departure.
- Harley-Davidson ( HOG ) added that the company had started a formal search process for the selection of a new CFO.
