  • The maximum net leverage ratio covenant applicable to its revolving credit facility was reset for additional financial flexibility.
  • HSC's net leverage is capped at 5.5x of adj. EBITDA through the quarter ending Dec. 31, 2023, after which it will be reduced quarterly, reaching 4x for Q4 2024.
  • The net leverage ratio covenant through Q3 2024 is decreased by 0.5x upon the sale of Harsco Rail.
