March 27, 2023 – TheNewswire - Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada - HAWKEYE Gold& Diamond Inc. (the “Company” or "HAWKEYE")(TSXV:HAWK ) ; ( Frankfurt:HGT ) ; ( WKN:A12A61 ) ( ISIN:CA42016R3027): announc es that the Board of Directors have approved aconsolidation of the Company’s common shares on the basis of one (1)post-consolidated share for every ten (10) pre-consolidated shares(the “Consolidation”).
Currently, the Company has 96,699,502 common sharesissued and outstanding. Following Consolidation, the Company will haveapproximately 9,669,950 common shares issued and outstanding, subjectto rounding. The Company’s name and trading symbol will remain thesame.
The Consolidation is subject to TSX Venture Exchange(TSX.V) approval.
Upon receiving TSX.V acceptance for the Consolidation,the Company will issue a news release announcing the effective date inwhich the Company will commence trading on a post-consolidation basisalong with its new CUSIP number.
