HWKE - Hawkeye Systems Expands Order With City of Memphis for Respirator Masks
SAVANNAH, Georgia , April 9, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Hawkeye Systems, Inc. (OTCQB: HWKE), a technology holding company focused on pandemic management products and services, announced today it has delivered 225,000 3-ply respirator masks to the City of Memphis. The interim order is in addition to, and in advance of, its previously announced $1.25M purchase order.

Under terms of the previously announced agreement, the Company paid a $150,000 deposit to the manufacturer to secure delivery of 1.25M 3-ply ear-loop masks. The Company's delivery today of 225,000 masks represents an addition to the original purchase order, resulting in a total order value of over $1.47M.
