HBT - HBT Financial says CFO Matthew Doherty to step down Peter Chapman to replace
- HBT Financial ( NASDAQ: HBT ), the holding company for Heartland Bank and Trust, on Thursday said its CFO Matthew Doherty will step down on Dec. 31 this year.
- Doherty will continue to remain with Heartland Bank serving as treasurer, HBT said in a statement .
- Peter Chapman, a former CFO of Great Western Bancorp, will join HBT as the new finance head on Jan. 1, 2023, HBT said.
- HBT stock earlier closed 1.5% higher at $19.20.
