HC2 (HCHC) entered into a stock purchase agreement with GoIP Global for the sale of PTGi International Carrier Services.The sale of PTGi results in the disposition of the HCHC's telecommunications division, and is part of the Company's continuing efforts to pursue strategic alternatives across its portfolio.Terms of the deal weren't disclosed.
