HC2 Holdings (HCHC) has priced an upsized offering of senior debt. The company priced $330M in 8.5% senior secured notes due 2026, issued at 100% of face. That offering was increased from a planned $300M sale. Proceeds will go (along with proceeds from selling Beyond6) toward redeeming HC2's existing 11.5% senior secured notes, repaying its revolving credit, and for general purposes.
