HTIA - Healthcare Trust launches redeemable perpetual preferred stock offering

Healthcare Trust (HTIA) launched a proposed underwritten public offering of shares of its 7.375% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock.Underwriters granted 30-day option to purchase additional shares of Series A Preferred Stock.Net proceeds to be used for repaying amounts outstanding under its revolving credit facility; it may then draw on the revolving credit facility to borrow any amounts so repaid for general corporate purposes, including purchases of additional properties.
