HTIA - Healthcare Trust prices $53M perpetual preferred stock offering

Healthcare Trust (HTIA) priced its underwritten public offering of 2.2M shares of its 7.375% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock at $25/share.Underwriters granted 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 330K shares of Series A Preferred Stock.The Series A Preferred Stock has a $25 liquidation preference per share.Net proceeds are expected to be ~$53.3M and transaction closure seen on or about May 11.Proceeds will be used for repaying amounts outstanding under its revolving credit facility.
