HealthStream (NASDAQ:HSTM) has expanded its share repurchase program by an additional $10M. The company previously repurchased the $20M of common stock authorized under the program announced on Nov. 30, 2021. The share repurchase program will terminate on the earlier of Mar. 13, 2023 or when the maximum dollar amount has been expended.
