HEI - Heico acquires aircraft antenna firm Sensor Systems

• Heico ( NYSE: HEI ) has acquired aircraft antenna firm, Sensor Systems, for a combination of cash and approximately 575,000 HEICO Class A common shares.
• Further financial details were not disclosed.
• The acquisition is expected to be accretive to Heico ( HEI ) earnings in the year following the closing.
• Sensor Systems is based Chatsworth, California and manufacturers of airborne antennas for commercial and military applications. It will continue operating as its own business producing its full product range from its existing Chatsworth facility.
• HEICO ( HEI ) stated that it does not expect any material turnover among Sensor's ~200 person staff to result from the acquisition.
